Ingredients

Chicken strips .............300 grams
RIce (bOiled).............1 cup
Cauliflower buds (bOiled and mashed) .............100 grams
Red Chilli powder............. 1 tsp
Cumin seeds.............1 tsp
Capsicum (finely cut) .............1
Tomato (finely cut) .............1
Onion (chopped) .............1
Garlic (chopped) .............3 Cloves
Fresh Cream.............3 tbsp
Salt.............to taste
Oil.............3 tbsp

How to make Mexican Chicken Rice Bowl

METHOD:

• Heat oil in a pot and fry chicken strips, garlic and salt and cook on high flame.
• Add red chilli powder, cumin seeds, capsicum, tomato and onion, cook for one minute on high flame and remove from flame.
• Mix cream with cauliflower buds and salt.
• Put chicken on one side of a serving dish, and rice on the other side, pour cream over it and serve.
