How to make Mexican Chicken Rice Bowl
• Heat oil in a pot and fry chicken strips, garlic and salt and cook on high flame.
• Add red chilli powder, cumin seeds, capsicum, tomato and onion, cook for one minute on high flame and remove from flame.
• Mix cream with cauliflower buds and salt.
• Put chicken on one side of a serving dish, and rice on the other side, pour cream over it and serve.
