Milk: 2 liters
Fresh Cream: 1 packet
Dried Whole Milk: 1 cup
Condensed Milk: 1 cup
Sugar: ½ cup
Almonds: 25 grams
Pistachio: 25 grams
Walnuts: 25 grams
Crushed Green Coconut: 50 grams
Kewra: 1 tsp
Corn Flour: 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder: ¼ tsp
Yellow Food Coloring: 1 pinch
Silver: as required
How to make Meva Bahar Kulfi
METHOD:
Heat milk in a pan to the boiling point.
Once milk is boiled, add 1/2 cup sugar.
Add corn flour to water, dissolve well and add to the milk.
Once milk is thickened, add 1 pinch of yellow food coloring, kewra, cardamom powder, dried whole milk, fresh cream, condensed milk, finely sliced almonds, finely sliced walnuts and finely sliced pistachio.
Leave it aside to cool down.
Fill in the kulfi moulds and store in freezer for four hours.
Now remove kulfis from the mould, roll in crushed coconut, garnish with silver.
Serve chilled and enjoy mawa kulfi.
