Chikoo Kulfi
Let's try this delicious chikoo ki kulfi recipe introduced by Chef Zarnak Sidhwa. This wonderful kulfi ice cream makes use of sapodilla puree and condensed milk and other common ingredients. Let's enjoy this kulfi, you would love to have it again and again.
Evaporated Milk: 12 oz or 355 ml
Condensed Milk: 14 oz or 414 ml
Fresh Cream: 2 cups
White Bread: 3 slices
Fresh Plain Milk: 1 cup
Chikoo or Sapodilla Puree: 2 cups
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
METHOD:
Soak bread slices in fresh milk for couple of minutes and squeeze well to remove the liquid as much as possible.
Blend soaked bread slices, evaporated milk, condensed milk, fresh cream, sapodilla or chikoo puree and vanilla essence until it turns smooth.
Pour the liquid into popsicle or kulfi molds and freeze until hard. (you can also use ice cream cups or bowls if molds are not available).
Delicious chikoo kulfi is ready to serve. Enjoy.
