ماش دال۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1کپ
لہسن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین جوے
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

مونگ اور ماش دال کو چار گھنٹے بھگو کر رکھ دیں۔اب بلینڈ ر میں ڈالیں اور لہسن، نمک، کٹی مرچ، لال مرچ بلینڈر میں ڈال کر بلینڈ کرلیں۔آئل گرم کرکے بھلے فرائی کرلیںاور ایک پیالے میں پانی ایک کھانے کا چمچہ دہی مکس کر کے اس میںبھللے ڈالٹے جائیں۔
تڑکے کے لئے:
نمک،پسی لال مرچ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹی لال مرچ، 2/1چائے کا چمچہ چاٹ مصالحہ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ زیرہ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ لہسن کا پیسٹ، چار کھانے کے چمچے تیل میں تمام چیزیں ڈال کر تڑکہ تیار کرکے دہی میں ڈالیں۔ اب ڈش میں تھوڑا دہی پھر بھللے لگا کرباقی دہی ڈال لیں۔
