1 breast of Chicken
1 cup Plain Yogurt
1 tbsp. Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Red Crushed Pepper
1 tbsp. Ginger and Garlic Paste (Pisa Adrak Lehsan) (combined)
¼ tbsp. Coriander Powder (Pisa Dhania)
How to make Marinated Chicken By Chef Fauzia
METHOD:
Add the ingredients above and let it marinate for an hour, then fry onion in olive oil and mix this marinated chicken in it.
Cook on high heat until the chicken is tender then cook on low heat with the lid for 5 minutes.
When chicken is done, fry some vegetables of your own choice in the butter or margarine ( I used frozen vegetables containing green beans, onion, and peas.) Then serve it with rice. ( I also boiled some corns and fried some spinach for decoration and that tasted really good).
