اجزاء:
انڈے کی زردی ۔۔ ایک عدد
پسی چینی ۔۔ 25 گرام
جیلیٹن پاؤڈر ۔۔ 200 گرام
کریم ۔۔ 150 ملی لیٹر

ترکیب:

ایک سوس پین میں پانی اور جیلیٹن مکس کریں۔ اسے ہلکی آنچ پر تھوڑا سا پکالیں۔ گرم ہوجائے تو چولہے سے ہٹا کر الگ رکھ دیں۔ پھر اسے ڈبل بوئلر میں پکائیں اور مسلسل چمچہ چلاتے رہیں۔ پانچ گرام جیلیٹن پاؤڈر کو کچھ دیر پانی میں گھول کر رکھ دیں۔ پھر اسے انڈے کی زردی والے آمیزے میں شامل کردیں۔ اس کے بعد 200 گرام مینگو ہیوری ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ آخر میں 150 ملی لیٹر کریم ڈال کر فولڈ کریں اور گلاس میں ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
