½ kg Beef mince
½ kg Onion
250 gm Yogurt
2 Green cardamoms
4 Green chilies
½ bunch Mint leaves
½ cup Oil
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp Raw papaya
2 tsp Red chili powder
2 tsp All spice powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Salt
How to make Lucknowi Qeema
METHOD:
Mix together ½ kg mice, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tsp raw papaya and 250 gm yogurt. Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes.
Heat ½ cup oil in pan, add ½ kg chopped onion and fry well. Add marinated mice, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Now turn the flame high and fry well.
Toast 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut and 2 small green cardamoms. Add to the mixture. Lastly add 4 green chilies, ½ bunch of mint leaves.
Put a burning coal in pan, drop some oil, and cover for few minutes. Now take out in serving dish, sprinkle all spice powder and serve.
