Chicken lollipops................750 grams
Flour (sifted) ................½ cup

Soya sauce................1 tbsp

Garlic Sauce Ingredients:
Garlic (chopped) ................1 tbsp
Dried, round
Red chillies ................3
White
Vinegar................1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup................½ cup
Oil................1 tbsp
How to make Lollipops With Hot Garlic Sauce
METHOD:
• Mix all the marinade ingredients except eggs and set aside for 1 hour.
• Add salt to eggs and beat.
• Coat lollipops first in flour then eggs.
• Heat oil in a wok and fry lollipops till golden.
• Blend all the sauce ingredients in blender except oil, heat oil in a frying pan, fry the mixture and transfer in a bowl.
• Serve alongside lollipops.
