Potatoes 2
Fresh Coriander ¼ cup
Green chilies 6
Egg 1
Garlic/Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste

How to make Lebanese Meat Dumplings
Method
• Boil and peel potatoes; mash them
• Grind mince, coriander, chilies, cumin , garlic/ ginger, egg and salt in a chopper; add to mashed potatoes.
• Heat oil in a wok fry dumplings with batter; remove.
• Decorate serving dish with lettuce ; place dumplings on top; serve.
