We all prepared lahori steamed charga recipe last weekend and enjoyed it a lot. It was so delicious that i decided to repeat it again. this time, i would make it alone however i will keep making barbeque recipes regularly with my friends.
Is there any recipe for mutton chargha? can we make it ? because we have mutton in abundance these days due to qurbani meat, that's why making chicken these days is totally out of question. I am only looking for options for mutton dishes.
how would it be different with the normal chargha recipe? there are different charga recipes like bihari charga, steam and lahori special charga . what are the difference in their tastes and which one should we prefer when choosing a recipe for first time cooking?
