1.Full cream powder milk
2.Thickened/whipping/fresh cream
METHOD:
01.Take estimated amount of powdered milk and add cream in it and mix both to form a paste.
2.Heat this paste in microwave for 3 minute.
3.It will harden after cooling down and perfect khoya will be ready.
4.If you want to prepare larger amount then after heating for 3 minutes in microwave mix it well, there will be paste below
the top crust, mix it together and then put it in microwave for another 2 minutes.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1.The time it may take to cook in microwave varies depending on the microwave.
2.To make Qalaqand, add sugar and essence and then set.
3.To make Burfi, add sugar and cook it then set after adding essence to it
