How to Make Keema Ghotala


Ingredients:

  • Minced Meat: 200 grams
  • Ginger Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4 pcs
  • Onions: 2 pcs
  • Salt: as much required
  • Tomatoes: 2 pcs
  • Crushed Red Pepper: 1 teaspoon
  • Green Chilies: 3 to 4 pcs
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Green Coriander: 1/2 bunch
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil: 4 tablespoon


Method

Wash minced meat and dry.

Fry chopped onions to light golden color and then add salt, ginger garlic, red pepper and keema and fry them
together.

Add chopped tomatoes and cover the pan.

Put eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, finely chopped green chilies and green coriander and
mix slightly.

Check if mince meat looks dry, put eggs and fry until oil is separated.

Keema Ghotala is ready. Enjoy with hot parathas.
