ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کے اس میں کٹی پیاز ڈالیں۔
ساتھ میں ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ اور بون لیس چکن کیوبز شامل کر کے پانچ منٹ تک فرائی کر لیں۔
اب اسمیںکٹی ہری مرچ،نمک،کیری کا پیسٹ اور پانی ڈال کر پکائیں اتنا کہ چکن گل جائے۔
آخر میں کٹا زیرہ،کٹی کالی مرچ۔پسا گرم مصالحہ اور کٹی ادرک کو مکس کر لیں۔
گرم گرم کڑاہی،رائتہ اور کلچے کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
