Pehle 8 ghatti methi ko saaf kr k achi tarah dho lain aur thori c haldi k sath pani main bhigo dain ta k is ki krwahat nikal jay .
Ab aik karahi mian 1 cup tail garam kr k is main 6 ada lehson k bareek katy joy golden brown krain.
Phr is mian ½ kilo chily aur kewbiz aloo aur hasbe zaiqa nemak dal dain jab aloo galny lagy aur thory brown ho jain to methi , 4 adad bareek kati hari mirch , 8 adad sabit lal mirch , hasbe zaiqa nemak aur 1 tea spoon haldi dal kr dhak dain.
Jb methi ka pani khushk ho jay to 1 table spoon makhan shamil kr k halki anch per dam per rakh dain. Mazedar aloo methi ki sabzi tayar hai .

اجزاء:
چھلے اور کیوبزآلو......... 1/2کلو
تازہ میتھی........... 8گٹھی
بارک کٹی ہری مرچ.......... 8عدد
ثابت لال مرچ ..........8عدد
لہسن کے باریک کٹے جوے ..........6عدد
ہلدی ..........1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ..............حسب ذائقہ
مکھن ...........1کھانے کا چمچہ
سرسوں کاتیل ..........1پیالی
ترکیب:
پہلے 8گٹھی تازہ میتھی کو صاف کرکے اچھی طرح دھولیں اور تھوڑی سی ہلدی کے ساتھ پانی میں بھگودیں ، تاکہ اس کی کڑواہٹ نکل جائے ۔
اب ایک کڑاہی میں 1پیالی تیل گرم کرکے اس میں 6عددلہسن کے باریک کٹے جوے گولڈن براﺅن کریں۔
پھر اس میں 1/2کلوچھلے اور کیوبز آلو اور حسب ذائقہ نمک ڈال دیں ۔جب آلو گلنے لگیں اور تھوڑے براﺅن ہوجائیں تو میتھی ، 4عددباریک کٹی ہری مرچ، 8عدد ثابت لال مرچ ، حسب ذائقہ نمک اور 1چائے کا چمچہ ہلدی ڈال کر ڈھک دیں۔
جب میتھی کاپانی خشک ہوجائے تو 1کھانے کا چمچہ مکھن شامل کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر رکھ دیں ۔مزے دار آلو میتھی کی سبزی تیارہے

Aloo Methi Recipe by Zubadia Tariq – It’s very delicious taste of healthy recipe as traditional cooking recipes. It is very easy to prepare and gives you unique taste of Vegetables recipe. So let’s try this recipe now and give your views.

Ingredients:


  • Potatoes: 1/2 kg (peeled and cubed)
  • Fresh Fenugreek Leaves: 8 bunches
  • Green Chillies: 8 pcs (thinly chopped)
  • Whole Red Chillies:
  • Garlic Cloves: 6 pcs (thinly chopped)
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Butter: 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Oil: 1 cup


Method:


  1. Clean fenugreek leaves and wash well. Then soak in water with some turmeric powder, so as to remove it's bitterness.
  2. Heat 1 cup oil in a wok, add 6 garlic cloves and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add 1/2 kg peeled potato cubes and salt according to your taste.
  4. Once potatoes start softening and turn brown a bit, add fenugreek, 4 chopped green chillies, 8 whole red chillies, per taste salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder and cover the pan.
  5. Once fenugreek water starts drying, add 1 tablespoon butter and cook on steam (dam) on low flame.
  6. Delicious aloo methi recipe is ready.
  7. Enjoy with hot chapati and raita.
