1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup wheat flour
Olive oil one cup
Chicken long pieces from breast 1 cup
Small / cherry tomatoes 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 /2 cup grated
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup grated
Pesto sauce from supermarkets 1 cup
Basil leaves 1 cup [Tulsi leaves] You may use rocket leaves , a variety of sarson ka saag or baby spinach in case you do not get tulsi laeves in Pakistan.
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic cloves 2 grated
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Italian chicken and pesto pizza
METHOD:
Mix the flours and slowly add olive oil and knead till dough is ready.
You may use a dough maker.Add both types of flour, pinch of salt,olive oil and mix till dough forms.
Put some extra four on a cooking board and shape it with a belna to a round base about 1 inch thick.You may make it thinner.It will be more crispy.
Now top the chicken, halved tomatoes,parmesan and cheddar cheese, garlic cloves .Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly.
preheat the oven to 200 degrees C / gas 7 and place the pizza on a baking tray for 15-20 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with basil leaves.Basil leaves can be added while baking too.
