Fish 1kg cut into pieces
Imli thick paste 1 cup
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Green chilies 5
Chilli powder 1table spoon
Coriander powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder half table spoon
Garam masala powder 1 table spoon
Oil for shallow fry
METHOD:
Put imli paste coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies n all spices in juicer n make a thick paste den apply on fish pieces.
Heat the oil in pan and put the fish pieces in pan with the non pasted side on da pan.
Cover pan for 10 minutes on low heat.
Take the heated oil carefully from the pan and put on the pasted side of the fish on medium heat.
This way the both sides of fish will be fully cooked.
