Beef ko achi tarha chaqo sy cut laga lain, takeh masalah andar tak jasakay. Ab lemon juice main kalmi shora, kaali mirch, bari ilaaichi koot kar daar cheeni daal kar mix karny k baad gosht ko is main daal kar rakh lain.
Ab har ek ghantay k baad kaantay sy goshtko kaat lain. Doosray din gosht ko halki anch per paknay rakh dain.
Jab gosht gal jaye, paani sokh kar reh jaye to gosht ko fry kar lain aur paish karain.

دار چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
براؤن شوگر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2کھانے کے چمچے
بڑی الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4عدد
لیمن جوس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔4/1 کپ

ترکیب:

بیف کو اچھی طرح چاقو سے کٹ لگا لیں۔ تاکہ مصالحہ اندر تک جاسکے۔ اب لیمن جوس میں کلمی شورا، کالی مرچ، نمک، بڑی الائچی کوٹ کر دار چینی ڈال کر مکس کرنے کے بعد گوشت کواس میں ڈال کر رکھ لیں۔
اب ہر ایک گھنٹے کے بعد کانٹے سے گوشت کو کاٹ لیں، دوسرے دن گوشت کو ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے رکھ دیں۔
جب گوشت گل جائے، پانی سوکھ کر گوشت کو فرائے کرلیں پھر پیش کریں۔
