Is hot prawn curry (jinga curry) perfect for a rainy season or not? because these days it seems it will be raining. I saw it was raining in Islamabad couple of days ago. There are lots of indian recipes that are in my cooking queue.
I want to taste this jhinga curry because jhinga is my favorite food. I love eating seafoods especially fish and prawns in the winter season. I like trout fish the most but it is not available here in Karachi. But whenever I go to Northern areas of Pakistan, I try to eat trout and here I keep eating prawns and other kinds of fishes.
Prawns is one of my favorite foods but I like only big prawns which are very tasty to eat. Fried salty prawns are very delicious. I have not eaten curry but I will definitely try this recipe on coming Friday. Meanwhile I will buy the best quality prawns for the recipe.
