تیل گرم کر کے اس میں چاپ پیاز،ادرک،لہسن اور قیمہ ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
جب قیمے کا پانی خشک ہو جائے تو نمک،لال مرچ،ہلدی،دھنیا،زیرہ اور ٹماٹر شامل کریں۔
اس کے بعد تھوڑا پانی ڈآل کر پکائیں۔قیمہ گل جائے تو اس میں پسا گرم مصالحہ شامل کریں۔
ہری مرچیں ایک ایک انچ کے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں یا چیرہ دیں۔
تیل گرم کر کے ہری مرچیں فرائی کرلیں۔
بج قیمہ خوب بھون جائے تو تلی مرچیں شامل کر کے دم پر چھوڑ دیں۔
آخر میں ہرا دھنیا شامل کرلیں۔
