گوشت کو ابال کو بلینڈر میں ہلکا بلینڈ کر لیں۔تمام دالوں کو ,گیہوں اور گندم کو ابال لیں۔پیاز براون کر کے چورا کر لیں ۔ایک کپ آئل میں لہسن ،ادرک، پیاز اور گوشت ڈال کر بھونیں پھر تمام مصالحہ ڈال کر مکس کریں اب تمام دالیں گیہوں اور گندم جو ابالیں تھیں ہلکا گرینڈ کر کے اس میں ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں ۔آخر میں ادرک ،ہری مرچ ،لیموں ،پیاز ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
