گُڑ والے چاول

اجزاء:
گُڑ کے میٹھے چاول ہم سب کو ہی پسند ہوتے ہیں کیونکہ ان کا ذائقہ زبان سے جاتا ہی نہیں ہے۔
آپ کو بھی پسند ہیں گُڑ والے میٹھے چاول تو چلیں پھر بنائیں ہماری آسان سی ریسیپی سے اور پائیں کھانے کے ساتھ لذت بھی۔

ترکیب:

٭ سب سے پہلے آپ چاولوں کو بھگو کر ابال لیں۔
٭ گُڑ کو ایک پین میں ڈالیں اور اس کو تین کپ پانی میں اتنا پکائیں کہ یہ پگھل جائے۔
٭ پتیلی میں گھی ڈالیں اور اس میں ثابت ناریل کے باریک کٹے ٹکڑے، الائچی، بادام، پستے، کاجو اور دودھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں کہ دودھ بالکل خشک ہوجائے۔
٭ پھر اس میں آدھا کپ گُڑ کا پانی ڈال دیں اور تھوڑی دیر پکانے کے بعد ابلے ہوئے چاول ڈال دیں اور پھر دوبارہ گڑ کا پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح پکائیں اور ڈھکن بند کردیں۔
٭ لیجئیے تیار ہے آپ کے زبردست سے گڑ کے میٹھے چاول۔ اب ان کو کھویا ڈال کر سروو کیجیئے۔
