Ingredients
•Chicken (small pieces) - 1/2 kg
•Cooking Oil - 1/2 cup
•Rice - 1/2 kg
•Carrot chopped - 1/2 cup
•Peas - 1 cup
•Cabbage - 1 cup
•Potato - 2 normal size
•Tomato - 2-3
•Green Chili chopped - 3 – 4
•Red Chili powder - 1 tbsp
•Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
•Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
•Coriandor powder - 1/2 tbsp
•Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
•Onion fired - 1 small size
• Salt - according to your taste
• Bay leaves - 3
How to make Green Chicken Vegetable Rice
METHOD:
For CHICKEN:
Take a pan and put cooking Oil and heat it up.
Fry the chicken and put salt, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Ginger garlic paste, Garam masala powder
Now cook the chicken up to 10-15 min
Put Peas and half fry them for 5 min
Put potatoes and fry them for 5 min
Put Cabbage and carrot and fry them for 3-6 min
Our Chicken is ready
For RICE:
Take another pan to boil the rice, put Garam masala and bay leaves in the water which is used to boil the rice
Boil rice and drain water
Now mix rice and chicken together very well
Spread fry onions and green chili at the top of rice
Put the lid on the rice for 10 minutes, first on heat then reduce heat after a while
