1 cup jaggery
¾ cup Ghee' href='/glossary/ghee_gid11'>Ghee
1 cup Wheat flour
1 tblsp Milk

How to make Golpapdi


Cut the jaggeri fine. Heat ghee and when hot, put in the wheat flour, stirring constantly and evenly until it be-comes brown and light. Put in the milk and immediately add the jaggery. Stir quickly to mix well.

Pour into a thali. Even out, by pressing with the base of a katori. Cut into small, square pieces. When cool, store in a tin.
