زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک سے ڈیڑھ کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

گوشت کا ہاتھ سے موٹا قیمہ بنا لیں۔
اب اس میں ادرک،لہسن،دہی،پپیتا،لال مرچ،زیرہ،ہلدی،گرم مصالحہ اور نمک شامل کر کے چوبیس گھنٹے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
پیاز،دھنیا اور ہری مرچیں باریک کاٹ کر گوشت میں شامل کر لیں۔
کوئلے کو انگارہ بنا کر گوشت کے درمیان رکھیں اور کوئلے پر ایک چمچ تیل ڈال کر دھواں دینے کے لئے دس منٹ چھوڑ دیں۔
ہاتھ کی مدد سے کباب تیار کریں اور گرم تیل میں پندرہ منٹ تک پکائیں۔
تیار ہونے پر کھانے کے لئے پیش کریں۔
