گاجر کی برفی

اجزاء:
گاجر ------ آدھا کلو (چھیل کر کش کرلیں)
دودھ ----- آدھا لیٹر
چینی ---- آدھا کلو
گھی ----- ایک سو پچاس گرام
زعفران ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

فرائنگ پین میں ایک کھانے کا چمچ گھی ڈال کر اس میں گاجر فرائی کریں-
ایک پتیلی میں دودھ اور چینی ڈال کر گاڑھا ہونے تک پکائیں-
گاڑھا ہونے پر اس میں فرائی شدہ گاجر ڈال دیں اور اتنا پکائیں کہ جمنے لگے-
اب اس میں بقیہ گھی اور زعفران ڈال دیں اور چولہا بند کردیں-
جس ٹرے میں جمانا ہو اس میں پہلے برش کی مدد سے گھی لگا لیں اور برفی کا آمیزہ اس میں ڈال دیں ٹھنڈا ہونے پر حسب خواہش ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں-
