فروٹ کوکٹیل

اجزاء:
فروٹ کوکٹیل .......1بڑاٹِن
ونیلا کسٹرڈ ..........3کھانے کے چمچے
تازہ دودھ ........1/2لیٹر
کنڈینسڈ ملک......... 1ٹِن
چھلے باریک کٹے اخروٹ........ 1/2پیالی
اسٹرابری جیل......... 1پیکٹ
گرم پانی ........ 1پیالی
باریک کٹی کیٹ بیری چاکلیٹ........ 1پیکٹ
چینی....... 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

ایک دیگچی میں 1/2لیٹر تازہ دودھ اور 2کھانے کے چمچے چینی ملاکر پکائیں۔
اب تھوڑے سے ٹھنڈے دودھ میں 3کھانے کے چمچے ونیلاکسٹرڈ گھول کر دودھ میں شامل کریں ۔ جب دودھ گاڑھا ہوجائے تو اسے اتارکر ٹھنڈا کرلیں۔
پھر 1پیکٹ اسٹرابری جیلی کو 1پیالی گرم پانی میں گھول کر جما لیں۔
اس کے بعد ایک باﺅل میں تیار کسٹر ڈ میں 1ٹِن کندینسڈ ملک ملا کر ڈال دیں ۔
اب 1بڑا ٹِن فروٹ کوکٹیل کھول کر سیرپ کے بغیر کسٹرڈ میں ملائیں ۔
آخر میں جیی اور 1پیکٹ چاکلیٹ سے سجادیں۔
اب 1/2پیالی اور باریک کٹے اخروٹ ڈال کر فریج میں رکھ دیں مزے دار فروٹ کوکٹیل تیار ہے
