انڈے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین عدد
باریک کٹے بٹن مشروم ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار سے پانچ عدد
موزریلا چیز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پیکٹ
بریڈ کرمز ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پیالی
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی
باریک کٹے پارسلے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1/4گٹھی
پسی کالی مرچ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

پہلے پارسلے ، بٹن مشروم ، ٹماٹر اور شملہ مرچ کو اچھی طرح سے باریک کاٹ لیں ۔ٹماٹر کے بیج نکال کر باریک کاٹیں ۔اب ا’بلے چاولوں کے ساتھ ایک انڈا ،نمک ،پسی کالی مرچ اور تمام سبزیاں شامل کر کے ہاتھوں کی مدد سے اچھی طرح مکس کریں ۔پھر موزریلا چیز کے چھوٹے چھوٹے کیوبز کاٹ لیں ۔اس کے بعد چاولوں کے مکسچر کے درمیانے سائز کے بالز بنا لیں اور ان میں انگلی کی مدد سے ہلکا سا گڑھا کر کے موزریلا چیز کا کیوب رکھیں اور دوبارہ سے پیک کرلیں ۔جب تمام بالز تیار ہوجائیں تو انہیں میدے میں کوٹ کرلیں ۔اب ایک پیالے میں انڈا اور میدہ شامل کر کے اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں ۔پھر میدے میں کوٹ کی ہوئی بالز کو انڈے میں ڈِپ کریں ۔اس کے بعد بریڈ کرمز میں کوٹ کر کے کڑاہی میں گرم تیل میں ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں ۔جب گولڈن کلر آئے تو نکال کر سرو کریں۔
