مٹن چانپ ------ آدھا کلوادرک لہسن پیسٹ ------ ایک سے ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچنمک ----- ایک چائے کا چمچکالی مرچ ( پسی ہوئی ) ------ حسب ذائقہکارن فلور ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچدہی ------ آدھا کپرائی ( پسی ہوئی ) ---- چوتھائی چائے کا چمچڈبل روٹی کا چورا ----- آدھا کپکوکنگ آئل ----- حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

چانپوں کو صاف کر کے اچھی طرح سے دھو کر خشک کرلیں٬ اب دہی میں تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر اس میں نمک اور ادرک٬ لہسن کا پیسٹ ملا دیں٬ پھر چانپوں کو اس میں ڈبو دیں٬ اس کے بعد ایک پتیلی میں چانپوں کو ڈال کر اس وقت تک پکائیں جب تک پانی خشک نہ ہوجائے اور چانپیں گلنے لگیں- اس کے بعد چانپوں کو چولہے سے اتار لیں٬ پھر کارن فلور کے پیسٹ میں سیاہ مرچ اور رائی ملا کر چانپ کے ہر پیس کو اس میں ڈبوئیں اور ڈبل روٹی کے چورے میں رول کر کے کوکنگ آئل میں فرائی کرلیں-
