چانپ ایک کلو
نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ
گوشت گلانے کا پاؤڈر ایک کھانے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ

لہسن چوپڈ ایک کھانے کا چمچ(پسا ہوا)

ترکیب:

چانپوں میں نمک اور گوشت گلانے کا پاؤڈر لگا کر دو سے تین گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔پھر اس کو فرائی پین میں تھوڑا سا تیل ڈال کر سیک لیں، کڑہائی میں مکھن /تیل ڈال کر گرم کر یں پھر اس میں لہسن ڈال کر ہلکا سا فرائی کر یں پھر اس میں چانپ، گرم مصالحہ اور Thymeڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔اس کے بعد دہی ڈالیں۔ جب بھون جائے تو اس کے اوپر چیز ڈال کر ڈھک دیں۔ جب چیزMeltہو جائے تو چولہا بند کر دیں ڈش میں نکال کر سجائیں اور کیچپ کے ساتھ پیش کر یں۔
