Ingredients
Fish fillet 300 grams
Onion 1
Coriander 1/4 bunch
Green Chilies 5
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger 1 medium piece
Eggs 2
Refined Flour as required
Red Chlili Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala to taste
Oil for frying
Chutney and Ketchup as accompaniment
How to make Fish Kababs
Method
1. Blend all ingredients except eggs, oil and flour in a blender.
2. Shape into Kababs.
3. Beat eggs; take out flour in a plate.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan; coat kababs first with eggs, then with flour.
5. Fry golden; remove on absorbent paper.
6. Serve kaababs with chutney and ketchup.
This was so good. We had this with fresh salmon for supper 1 evening last week. We will have it again tonight. The only thing I did differently was to thicken it with arrowroot powder.
