ترکیب:

تمام چیزیں میدے میں مکس کرکے دودھ سے گوندھ کر30منٹ کور کرکے رکھ دیجئے گا اور بن بنا کر انڈا لگا کر 15منٹ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں اسکے بعد200 سینٹی گریڈپر بیک کرلیں۔
2/1کلو مچھلی کے پیس لے کر ہر پیس پر نمک ،کالی مرچ،مسٹرڈ پیسٹ 2/1کھانے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ لگا کراچھی طرح سے ملیں۔ اب انڈے میں اچھی طرح ڈپ کرنے کے بعد روٹی کا چورہ لگا کر فرائی کرلیں۔مایو میں دو کھانے کا چمچہ لیموں کا جوس، سرکہ، 4/1 کپ کٹی ہوئی پیاز،نمک، کالی مرچ ڈال کر مکس کیجئے۔ بن پر لگا کر فش رکھیں۔ چیز سلائس رکھ کر پیش کیجئے۔
