Banane ki tarkeeb

Tamam cheezain maiday main mix kar k doodh sy gondh kar 30 minute cover kar k rakh dain. Ab bun bana kar anda laga kar 15 minute rest deny k baad 200 degree C grade per bake kar lain.
Fish ½ kg pees le kar har pees per namak, kali mirch, mustard paste, ½ chaye ka chamcha pepreka powder laga kar achi tarha malain. Ab anday main dip karny k baad bread crumb laga kar fry karian. Mayo main 2 khanay k chamchay lemon juice, sirka wala piyaz, ¼ chop namak, kali mirch daal kar mix karain. Bun per laga kar fish rakhain. Cheese slice rakh kar paish karain.

ترکیب:

تمام چیزیں میدے میں مکس کرکے دودھ سے گوندھ کر 30منٹ کور کر کے رکھ دیں۔ اب بن بنا کر انڈا لگا کر15منٹ ریسٹ دینے کے بعد 200 ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر بیک کرلیں۔
فش 2/1کلو پیس لے کرہر پیس پر نمک، کالی مرچ،مسٹرڈ پیسٹ،2/1چائے کا چمچہ پیپریکا پاﺅڈرلگا کر اچھی طرح ملیں۔اب انڈے میں ڈپ کرنے کے بعد بریڈ کرمب لگاکر فرائی کر لیں۔مایو میں 2کھانے کے چمچے لیمن جوس ،سرکہ والا پیاز،4/1چوپ نمک، کالی مرچ، ڈال کر مکس کریں۔بن پر لگا کر فش رکھیں۔چیز سلائس رکھ کر پیش کریں۔
