Chicken Ingredients
Chicken pieces (boneless): ½ kg
Rice flour, refined flour: 2 tbsp each
Corn flour: 2 tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Egg: 1
Cumin seeds, coriander seeds (crushed): 1 tsp each
Lemon juice, soya sauce: 1 tbsp each
Orange food color: 1 pinch
Red chilli powder, salt: 1 tsp each
Oil: for frying
Tempering Ingredients:
Curry leaves: 15
Mustard seeds, red chillies (crushed): ½ tsp each
Oil: 2 tbsp
Sauce Ingredients:
Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
Honey chilli sauce: 1 tbsp each
Mustard paste, garlic paste: ½ tsp each
Fresh coriander (chopped): 1 tbsp
Salt: 1 pinch
How to make Fire Chicken Sticks
METHOD:
• Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
• Marinate chicken with all the ingredients except rice flour and set aside for one hour.
• Pierce chicken onto wooden skewers and set aside for 2 hours.
• Sprinkle rice flour on chicken and coat with flour.
• Heat oil in a frying pan, fry chicken on low flame and remove.
• Fry the tempering ingredients and pour over chicken.
