1) Prawns (small size) 1/2 kg
2) Bread slice 6
3) Sugar 1/2 tsp
4) Corn flour 1 tsp
5) Eggs (beat white and yolk separately) 2
6) Salt to taste
7) Pepper (powder) 1 tsp
8) Almond (grounded) 12
9) Bread crumbs 1 packet
10) Oil 2 cups
How to make Finger Prawns
METHOD:
1. Wash and clean the prawns and for one hour marinate them in the mixture of maida, corn flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Make cuts in the prawns with a fork.
3. From the slices remove the hard brown part on each slice then with a brush spread egg white on each of the slices, then spread bread crumb over it.
4. Sprinkle almond pieces on top and deep fry these slices in a wok.
5. When slices turn golden brown, take them out in a serving plate and serve with ketchup.
