نمک ۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
پسی ہوئی دار چینی ۔۔۔ آدھا چائےکا چمچ

خشک دودہ ۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
خشک خمیر ۔۔۔ ایک کھانےکا چمچ
براؤن شوگر ۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
اخروٹ کی گری ۔۔۔ آدھی پیالی
انڈے۔۔۔ دو عدد
کوکنگ آئل ۔۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

میدے کو چھان کر اس میں نمک، چینی، دودہ کا پاؤڈر، خمیر، ایک اندہ اور کوکنگ آئل ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں۔ نیم گرم پانی کی مدد سے نرم گوندھ لیں اور ڈھک کر گرم جگہ پر پھولنے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ گندھے ہوئے میدے کی آدھی انچ موٹی روٹی بیل لیں اور اس پر براؤن شوگر، پسی ہوئی دا چینی اور اخروٹ چھڑک دیں۔ اس روٹی کو سوئس رول کی طرح کر لیں اور اس کے آدھے انچ موٹے رول کاٹ لیں۔ پھر ان پیڑوں کو ہلکا سا دبا کر اوپر سے انڈے سے برش کر دیں۔ بیکنگ ٹرے میں لگاکر پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اوون کو 180 سینٹی گریڈ پر پندرہ منٹ پہلے گرم کرکے انھیں بیک کرنے رکھ دیں۔ پندرہ سے بیس منٹ بیک کریں اور سنہری ہونے پر نکال لیں اور خوبصورت سی ٹرے میں رکھ کر سرو کریں۔
