Ingredients
• Boneless Red Snapper fish 1 kg
• 1 tbs chili sauce
• 1 tbs Soya Sauce
• 1 tbs mustard powder
• 1 tsp oregano powder
• 1tsp black pepper
• 1 tbs lemon juice
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1/2 cup corn flour
• 1 cup bread crums
• 2 tbs Maida
• 1 egg
• Salt to taste
How to make Crispy Red Snapper with Mayo Sauce

METHOD:

Get the fish in square shape pieces, place it in a bowl add all the ingredients mix it well and place it for 30 mins, then burn a few coal's and place in the fish bowl so that it can create smoke aroma. place the pieces in beaten egg cover it up properly and then deep fry it.

Mayo Sauce :
Mayo * depends on how many people are planning to have it
Garlic 3 chopped pieces
Chili sauce 1 tbs
lemon juice 1 tsp
green chillies * depends
black pepper * depends
salt * depends
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

serve it with hot french fries or boil veggies.
