Butter 2 oz
Garlic cloves 2
Prociutto or becon 125 g
Cut into strip
Tomatoes, drained and cut into strips 6
Chopped fresh basil 3 tbsp

How to make Macaroni With Prosciutto

METHOD:

• Cook macarooni in boiling water in a large saucepans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• Melt butter in large saucepan and cook garlic and prosciutto or bacon over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and basil and cook for 2 minutes longer
• Add prosciutto mixture to macaroni, season to taste with black pepper, and toss to combine. Serve
