کرسپی پیاز پراٹھا

اجزاء:
آٹا................2 کپ
نمک................¼ چائے کا چمچ
تیل................1 چائے کا چمچ
پانی................1 کپ
اسٹفنگ کے اجزاء:
تیل................ایک چائے کا چمچ
پیاز................ایک کپ باریک کٹی ہوئی
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ................ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر................آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہرا دھنیا................دو کھانے کے چمچ باریک کٹے ہوئے
ہلدی................آدھا چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ پاؤڈر................¼ چائے کا چمچ
نمک................حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے پراٹھوں کا آٹا گوندھ لیں، اور 20 منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں، اب ایک پین میں ایک کھانے کا چمچ تیل ڈال کر ادرک لہسن، پیاز، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، ہرا دھنیا، زیرہ پاؤڈر، نمک، ہلدی ڈال کر اتنا پکائیں کہ پیاز کا رنگ ہلکا سا تبدیل ہو کر کچا پن ختم ہو جائے، اب گونڈھے ہوئے آٹے سے دو الگ الگ پیڑے بنا کر ایک پیڑا بیل کر اس کے اوپر اسٹفنگ آمیزہ پھیلا کر اس کے اوپر دوسرا پیڑا بیل کر رکھیں، انگلیوں کی مدد سے کونے دبائیں اور پراٹھا بیل لیں، پھر اس کو توے پر حسبِ ضرورت تیل ڈال کر فرائے کر لیں کہ گولڈن اور کرسپی ہو جائے۔
