Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Creamy MushRooms sauce:-
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Mushroom, sliced 500 g
Paprika 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 1 cup
Skim milk
Black pepper
How to make Creamy MushRooms And Pasta
Method
• Cook macaroni in boiling water in a large saucepans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warm.
• To make sauce, heat oil in a large frying pan and cook onion and mushroom for 5 minutes. Place paprika tomato paste and milk in a bowl and whisk to combine. Stir into mushroom mixture and cook, stirring over a low heat for 5 minutes
• Place pasta in a heated serving dish and spoon sauce over. Toss to combine and spinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve
