باریک پسی ہوئی چینی --- 2/1-1پیالی
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر -------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
مکھن --------------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
گلاب کی پتیاں------------- سجانے کے لئے

آئسنگ کے اجزاء:

ایک پیالی ناریل کو فرائنگ پین میں درمیانی آنچ پر ہلکا سے بھون کر رکھ لیں پیالے میں چینی اور انڈوں کو الیکٹرک بیٹر کی مدد سے پھینٹیں ۔ اس میں بیکنگ پاﺅڈر اور ایک پیالی ناریل ملائیں، پھر میدہ شامل کرکے چمچے سے ملائین۔ کیککے سانچے میں چکنا کاغذ لگا کر آمیزہ ڈال دیں۔ سانچے کو پہلے سے اوون میں 200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 30منٹ پکا کر نکال لیں۔ ایک پیالے میں برف ڈالیں اور دوسرے پیالے میں مکھن ، چینی، کریم اور ناریل دال کر اس کے اوپر رکھیں اور الیکٹرک بیٹر کی مدد سے خوب پھینٹیں۔ چھُری کی مدد سے یہ آمیزہ کیک کے اوپر لگادیں، پھر بھُنا ہوا ناریل چھڑک دیں۔ مزیدار کیک گلاب کی پتیوں سے سجا کر پیش کریں
