Ingredients

12 slIces Whole Wheat Bread (toasted)
½ pound Deli Turkey Breast (you can use Egg SlIce insTead of this)
½ pound of Chicken Ham (thinly slIced)
8 Leaf Lettuce Leaves
8 (¾ ounce) slIces of Cheese (or any cheese of your preferance)
8 slIces of Tomato
1 tbsp. Mustard
½ cup Mayonnaise

How to make Club Sandwich

METHOD:

1) Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl; mix well. Spread 1 tsp. of this mixture on 1 side of each toast slice.

2) To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice of toast, mayonnaise mixture-side up, 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of cheese, 2 ounces of ham (or chicken), 2 slices of tomato, 1 slice of toast, mayonnaise mixture-side down. Spread 1 tsp. of the mayonnaise mixture on toast. Continue assembling each sandwich with 1 slice of cheese, 2 ounces of turkey, 1 lettuce leaf and 1 slice of toast, mayonnaise mixture-side down. Cut into triangles. Secure with toothpicks and serve.

club sandwiches are tastiest food in my opinion. My office colleagues often order club sandwiches for lunch but when i ask mom to make it she refuses as she doesn't know how to make it. Anyway I am going to learn it and enjoy it myself
