Ingredients

1 cup, b Oiled Water
1 cup, all purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoon, Sugar
1/2 tsp, Salt
2 tablespoons, vegetable Oil
Oil, for frying

Topping:
1/2 cup, refined Sugar
1 Teaspoon, Cinnamon powder

How to make Churros (Fried Pastry Dough)

METHOD:

In small saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt and vegetable oil, bring to a boil and set aside.
Pour into the flour and stir well.
Stir until lumpy.
Put the mixture into a pastry bag (I use a thick plastic bag).
Then cut one end.
Heat oil in a skillet, press dough into the dough lengthwise end of the hollow shape.
Fry until cooked through and evenly.
Until lightly browned, drain.
Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon and stir well.
Fried Churros Roll evenly into sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Enjoy delicious Churros in warm as a snack with your coffee.
