Aniseed flowers 3
Cinnamon 3 sticks
Dark soya sauce 1 cup
White pepper powder 1tsp
Red food colour 1 pinch
Pakistani Chinese salt 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
How to make Chinese-Style Undercut
METHOD:
• Boil undercut with ½ jug water, aniseed flower, cinnamon, soya sauce, Pakistan Chinese salt, white pepper and food colour in a pot until meat is tender.
• Remove meat; heat oil in a wok; fry undercut from both sides.
• Cut delicious undercut in thin slices and serve.
