چکن میں کٹ لگا لیں۔ اب سرکہ سویا ،کیچپ، چلی، کٹی مرچ،لہسن ، براﺅن شوگر اور نمک ڈال کر مکس کریں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔اب اس پین میں پکا لیں یا اوون میں180ڈگر ی پر بیک کرلیں۔یہاں تک کہ سوس خشک ہوجائے شملہ ہری پیاز، گاجر جو باریک چوپ کیجئے ۔ پھر سرکہ ، سویا سوس اور کالی مرچ کے ساتھ تیل میں فرائی کریں۔پھر چکن پر ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
