Sugar (if required as china grass is already sweet)

Banana
Glace cherries
Strawberry sauce
How to make China Grass
Method
Heat milk bring boil.
Add 2 tbsp sugar.
Add china grass cook for a couple of minutes.
Pour into stem glasses let it cool.
Decorate with cherries and strawberry sauce.
Serve chilled.
