Ingredients

• Milk (Fresh) 1 Kg
• China Grass Powder 1 ½ Tsp
• Vanilla Essence ½ Tsp
• Food Color (Red) Few Drops
• Sugar ¾ Cup
• Almonds, Pistachios (Finely Cut) 4 Tbsp. + For Sprinkling

How to make China Grass Pudding

METHOD:

• Cook china grass powder in little water in a saucepan till powder dissolves.
• In a separate saucepan cook milk and sugar for 10 minutes; add china grass and remove in a bowl; whip thoroughly with an electric batter for a few minutes.
• Add Almonds, Pistachio, Food Color and Essence then Refrigerate.
• When set, sprinkle Almonds and Pistachios on top and serve.
