• Chicken breast 2
• Garlic chopped 3 – 4 cloves
• Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Chilli powder 1 tsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• All spice ½ tsp
• Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
• Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
• Wooster sauce 3 tbsp
• Olive oil 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Ingredients for Potatoes
• Onion chopped 1
• Green chillies chopped 2
• Boiled potatoes ½ kg
• Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
• Oil 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
How to make Chicken Steak with Potato
METHOD:
1. Flatten each chicken breast using steak hammer.
2. In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp all spice, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste, 2 tbsp tamarind paste and salt to taste.
3. Marinate chicken breast with the prepared paste.
4. Finely chop 1 onion and 2 green chilies.
5. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan; add chopped onion and green chilies.
6. Fry till onion is tender. Now add ½ kg boiled potatoes, salt to taste and ½ tsp crushed black pepper.
7. Fry well and keep aside.
8. Now put marinated chicken on a greased grill pan.
9. Cook well from both sides till tender.
10. Serve with boiled potatoes.

This is a great chicken steak recipe that I have come here to make again. When I went to a steak shop with my university friends, I didn't like those steaks at all. Then I tried this chicken potato steak recipe and it was really really tasteful. My family members too liked that steak. Then today I came here back for making this again. I had saved this recipe in my firefox so to open it again in future.
Hi I was wondering how to make chicken steak then I found this recipe here at kfood website. I want to know that does potato in this recipe taste good? I like chicken but not sure about addition of potatoes. What do you say?
Woo, nice recipes . i like chicken steaks with boiled potatoes that's why i came here to check its recipe. I ate some steak at arizona grill (don't remember it's exact name) however now i decided to try it at home. let me start now :)
