Ingredients

Boneless chicken – ½ k (cut in 2 inches of cubes)
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Raw papaya – 1 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Green masala:
Green chillies – 8
Fresh coriander ground – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – 6

Method

Apply all given ingredients on chicken pieces and leave for at least ½ an hour.
Skew on skewers and bake in oven on 180ºC for 30 to 35 minutes and give smoke of charcoal or cook in pan or BBQ.
