How to make Chicken Karela
METHOD:
1. Sab Sy pehly karelon ky chilky utarain, phr bareek kaat kar un mein namak daaal kar 3 dafa dho lain, phr unhe aik ghanty k liey sirky mein bhigo dain, Chicken ko namak daal kar, boil kar lain.
2. Phr karailon ko fry karky aik bowl mein alag rakh dain. baki bachy huey oil mein piaz fry karain, tamatar dalain or baki masalaajaat daal kar chicken shamil karain.
3. 15 mins bhoon lain or karaily shamil kar dain. Garnish k liey hara dhaniya dal dain, laziz chicken karaila tyar ho.
