Ingredients
• chicken 1/2 kg
• milk 1litter
• coco powder 2tbs
• white paper 1/2 tsp
• ginger 1inch pice
• olive oil 3tbs
• mint leaves few
How to make Chicken in Milk

METHOD:

1. Take a non stick pan pour oil and then chicken and fry until it become golden.
2. Then add milk coco powder whitepaper and cover it to dry milk.
3. When milk dry add ginger and cover it again for few second now pour it in a dish and garnish it with mint leaves
